CLOVIS NORTH BOYS TENNIS - SPRING 2026:

Jan. 26-28th, 2026: Tryouts. 3:30-5:00pm.

Feb. 2, 3, 4, 2026: 5:00-6:00pm: Elementary Tennis Community Clinic (Staffed by CN Players as Coaches).

Please complete Athletic Physical and Athletic Clearance forms by JANUARY 22, 2026.

VERY IMPORTANT:
If your Athletic Clearance is not completed by the deadline, you cannot tryout or practice. Returning Varsity Players or those who make Varsity: if you are not cleared, you will not travel for the first overnight trip to Bakersfield and will lose the opportunity to challenge for each practice day you miss.

There are 2 parts to Athletic Clearance Process (for new players, if you played sports at Granite Ridge, last year this should not be new to you) :

1) Print out the Health Screening Form (Sports Physical) first! Then go see a medical doctor or nurse practitioner to be evaluated and have that form signed.

2) When you're done with the Health Screening form, you will go to the HOME CAMPUS website, fill out the information.

3) Upload the Health Screening form (and then complete the rest of the Athletics Clearance Information).


NO EXCUSES. If you cannot see your personal doctor to get your sports physical completed, there are a number of health clinics in Fresno/Clovis that will help you complete sports physicals (for a nominal fee).
